How it works
From a blank week to a clash-free timetable
The hard, slow job is staffing and scheduling the whole school by hand. That's the part Tabloz removes. Four steps, one working draft.
- 01
Tell us your school
Grades, sections, subjects, teachers and rooms. Start from a board template (CBSE, ICSE, State, KV) and tweak. No spreadsheets to wrangle.
- 02
The engine generates it
Tabloz works out who teaches what and when in a single optimisation, balancing loads and respecting every rule you set.
- 03
Independently clash-checked
A separate checker re-verifies every timetable before you ever see it. If a clash exists, it's never shown. You get a clear reason instead.
- 04
Share & print
Publish a read-only link for staff and parents, or print clean per-class sheets. Each section on its own page, ready for the noticeboard.

Calm screens for a job that used to be chaos
Set your school up once, generate a clash-free draft, then view and share it — plain language throughout, with the clever maths kept out of sight.

Why Tabloz
One engine that does the job schools dread
The timetable is always engine-generated and independently verified. It's never hand-rolled, and never a guess.
Staffing + scheduling, together
Most tools schedule a roster you already built. Tabloz decides the roster and the timetable in one pass. That's the hard part, automated.
Clash-free or explicit failure
An independent checker re-validates every output. A clash is treated as a bug, never a warning you can dismiss, so what you publish is trustworthy.
Built for Indian boards
CBSE, ICSE/ISC, State and Kendriya Vidyalaya templates with realistic rosters. 6-day weeks and short Saturdays are first-class, not workarounds.
A first draft in minutes
Start from a template, adjust your specifics, and generate. What took weeks of back-and-forth becomes a clash-free draft you can refine.
Balanced, sensible weeks
Even teacher loads, subjects spread across the week, breaks respected. The engine optimises the soft stuff once the hard rules are met.
Never see complexity you don't use
Plain language, sensible defaults, advanced options tucked away. Designed for school admins, not schedulers with a maths degree.
Why you can trust it
The green tick means something
The timetable is checked by a referee written separately from the engine that produced it. It re-tests every hard rule from scratch, so a clean result isn't the engine marking its own homework.
A separate, independent checker
It doesn't trust the engine's internals. It re-derives every clash from the finished timetable.
Clash-free or nothing
If the checker isn't satisfied, the timetable is never shown. No silent warnings, no fingers crossed.
Your data stays yours
Every school's records are isolated. Your roster and timetable are scoped to your school alone.
Our pledge to pilot schools
We're early, and we're honest about it. Here's what we promise the first schools who build their timetable on Tabloz:
- We set up your real school with you, so you're never left with a blank screen.
- Every timetable is independently clash-checked before you rely on it.
- If it can't be done, we tell you why in plain English. No silent failures.
- Your feedback shapes what we build next.
Real testimonials will live here as our pilot schools go live.

Questions schools ask us
How do you guarantee the timetable is clash-free?
Every timetable the engine produces is re-checked by a separate, independent validator before you ever see it. That checker re-tests each hard rule from scratch: no teacher in two places, no section double-booked, rooms respected. If it finds a problem, the timetable isn't shown, and you get a plain-English reason instead.
Which boards and school types do you support?
Tabloz ships with templates for CBSE, ICSE/ISC, State boards and Kendriya Vidyalaya, covering primary through senior secondary. It's built India-first, so 6-day weeks and short Saturdays are handled natively. Don't see your exact setup? It's easily configured, so just ask us in your demo.
Is my school's data safe and private?
Yes. Every record is scoped to your school, with no cross-school leakage by design. Your roster, rooms and timetables are visible only to your school's account.
How is this different from the scheduling tools I've seen?
Most tools schedule a staffing plan you've already worked out by hand. Tabloz decides the staffing and the schedule together, as one optimisation: which teacher takes each subject for each section, and when. That combined decision is the slow, painful part, and it's exactly what we automate.
How long does it take to get a timetable?
Once your school is set up, a clash-free first draft is generated in minutes. Setup is faster than it sounds because you start from a board template and adjust, rather than building from a blank sheet.
What does a pilot involve?
We help you set up your real school, generate your timetables, and stay close for feedback. You get the full product; we get to learn from a real school. Pricing is agreed together. Sign up and we'll walk you through it.
